Pediatric Psychologist
Autism & Related Disorder Evaluations

Darryn M. Sikora, Ph.D. brings over 30 years of assessment experience to 360 Pediatric Psychology.

Dr. Sikora graduated from the Child Clinical program at West Virginia University before completing an APA-approved internship and post-doctoral residency at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). She then spent over 20 years as an assistant and associate professor at the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center, OHSU. While at OHSU, Dr. Sikora completed over 10,000 diagnostic evaluations in collaboration with physicians and other allied health professionals. She published over 30 articles and book chapters on topics related to differential diagnosis, co-occurring disorders, and autism. She started the CDRC Autism Program together with other faculty members. Dr. Sikora moved to the Providence Children’s Developmental Institute in 2012 where she developed their psychological services and interdisciplinary diagnostic program.

At 360, Dr. Sikora specializes in the evaluation of suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders in youth age 2-18. Due to her experience in interdisciplinary settings, Dr. Sikora conducts a comprehensive assessment that not only provides you and your child with an accurate diagnosis, but also addresses medical, physical, social, and family contributions to your child’s difficulties. In addition, Dr. Sikora offers targeted recommendations and “next steps” that provide you with a road map to follow when accessing further evaluations and/or services. Dr. Sikora has collaborated with the educational community since 1988 and offers you direct support in working with educators to develop a successful school program for your child. Regular communication with your child’s primary care provider ensures coordinated care across different medical systems.

When not working with children and their families, Dr. Sikora enjoys spending time outdoors: hiking, camping, skiing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. She loves to travel, read fiction (only books with happy endings), and “hang out” with her friends, husband and adult children.
